The patented, replaceable odour-locking element (siphon) used in the URIMAT receives the urine and channels it (without water!) into the waste pipe.
The float assembly seals the element (without using sealing liquid!) and prevents the development of any odour.
The patented odour-locking element (A) guarantees smooth operation without sealing liquid. It is inserted into the specially designed urinal opening.
The urine flows into the cylinder-shaped piece (B) in the siphon, and from there into the overflow areas and overflow basin (C), from where it is fed into the waste pipe.
The siphon inlet is then sealed by the float assembly (D).
The flexible sealing rim (E) keeps odours locked away.
